Nice room with cool amenities like a washing machine, fridge, and air conditioning. The bathroom had good pressure and a bidet, and I loved the strong wifi. Easy walk to Ueno station and the museums. The views were awesome, especially from higher floors. Breakfast had decent options too.

Incredible nighttime tranquility offering a relaxing atmosphere.
My experience was frustrating from the start. The entrance to the hotel was confusing, and I felt lost trying to find the lobby on the 20th floor. To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly at check-in and had to deal with a panic-inducing call the next morning, which was both unnecessary and stressful. Furthermore, I noticed that the hallway carpets were outdated and gave a neglected impression. even the towels in the room were worn out, which was quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

During my stay, I appreciated the amazing views of the Tokyo skyline from my room, especially on clear days when you could even see Mount Fuji. The location was perfect, with close proximity to Ueno Park and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I especially loved the self-service coffee area that provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy a beverage. However, the carpet in the hallways felt heavily stained and could use a refresh, and the shower setup was a bit awkward to use. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I'd definitely return for the view and convenience.

The stunning view of Tokyo Skytree from my room was a breathtaking feature that made my stay exceptional.
I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, with little variety over multiple days and no fresh fruit available.

comfortable stay but lacking in detail
The view from my room of the Tokyo Skytree was absolutely stunning and added a nice touch to my stay. The room was also well-appointed, providing amenities like a fridge and strong wifi, which made my solo trip much more convenient. I appreciated the hotel's prime location, being just a short distance from Ueno and Okachimachi stations, allowing easy access to public transport and nearby shopping. Overall, the city views were a highlight that enhanced my experience.
However, I noticed that the carpets in the hallways could use some attention, as they appeared dated and detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

A stunning view of the Tokyo Skytree from the 23rd floor made the stay worthwhile. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from multiple stations and surrounded by convenient dining options, including gourmet pizzas nearby. However, the English proficiency of the staff was surprisingly low, leading to minor communication issues. Additionally, the hallway carpets could use some attention, giving a somewhat neglected feel to the hotel.

The Comfort Room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, with an awesome view of the city. Plus, having a washing machine in the room was super handy! Although the hotel had some style, the breakfast variety could definitely be improved. The cleaning service was a bit off, as they skipped a day, which felt weird. Overall, a solid stay but with a few room for improvements.
